Terms of Service

Volkovaloveu ("the App") is a private content tool operated by the owner of the @volkovaloveu accounts on TikTok, Threads and Pinterest. The App lets that owner prepare original image content — colour-palette cards produced in their own web application — and publish it to their own connected accounts on a schedule.

1. Use of the App

The App is for the sole use of its owner, to manage and publish their own content to their own social accounts. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to third parties, and it has no other users.

2. Platform integrations

The App uses only official platform APIs: the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API, the Threads API and the Pinterest API. By connecting an account, the owner authorises the App to create and edit content on that account on their behalf.

• TikTok. Uploading and publishing the owner's own image posts.
• Threads. Publishing the owner's own posts and reading their statistics.
• Pinterest. Creating Pins on the owner's own boards, and editing the title, description and destination link of the owner's own Pins.

3. Content

All published content is created by the owner and remains the owner's property. The App does not host, redistribute or monetise content belonging to anyone else. Colour names and hex values shown on the cards may be freely reused; the card images themselves may not be redistributed as one's own work.

4. Compliance

The App is operated in accordance with the developer terms and community guidelines of each connected platform. It does not automate actions on accounts other than the owner's own, and it does not attempt to inflate engagement.

5. Availability and liability

The App and this website are provided as-is for the owner's personal use. No warranty is offered, and no liability is accepted toward third parties.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the App's platform integrations change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
