Privacy Policy

Volkovaloveu ("the App") is a private, single-owner tool used to prepare and publish the owner's own colour-palette content to the owner's own social accounts. This policy explains what data the App handles.

1. Who this applies to

The App is used only by its owner, to publish their own content to their own accounts. There are no other users, no sign-ups, and no third-party access.

2. Data we store

To publish on the owner's behalf, the App stores:

• access tokens and refresh tokens for the owner's connected accounts;
• the account identifiers returned by each platform (user id, username, board or profile id);
• the images, titles, descriptions and destination links the owner prepares for publishing;
• public engagement figures for the owner's own posts (views, saves, clicks), used to show the owner how their own content performed.

Data is stored on a private server controlled by the owner. It is not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.

3. Connected platforms

The App connects to TikTok, Threads (Meta) and Pinterest exclusively through their official APIs, using only the scopes the owner approves.

• TikTok. The App uploads and publishes the owner's own image posts through the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. It does not read or store data belonging to any other TikTok user.
• Threads. The App publishes the owner's own posts and reads statistics for those posts.
• Pinterest. The App reads the owner's own boards and Pins, creates new Pins on the owner's own boards, and updates the title, description and destination link of the owner's own existing Pins. It does not access other Pinners' data and does not resell or redistribute any Pinterest data.

4. What we do not do

The App does not collect data from other people's accounts, does not scrape platforms, does not build audience or advertising profiles, does not use platform data to train machine-learning models, and does not transfer platform data outside the owner's own server.

5. Retention and revocation

Tokens and prepared content are kept only as long as needed to operate the App and are deleted when the owner disconnects an account. Access can be revoked at any time in the settings of the platform concerned, or by disconnecting the account inside the App.

6. Cookies

The public pages of volkovaloveu.uk set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. The private area of the site sets a single session cookie so the owner can stay signed in; it is used for nothing else.
